If you've been infected by the recent storm of viruses on Facebook in which your friend unknowingly sends you a message with a dodgy link in it, follow these steps to protect yourself:
2. Download the free version of Facebook virus blocker here.
3. Install on your pc making sure that at the end
of the installation you choose to update
malware bytes and perform a scan.
4. Perform a "full scan", this should take an
hour or so but is well worth doing.
5. Change your Facebook password again
to something different
6. Run a malware bytes "quick scan" in future
whenever you suspect that you may have a
problem.
