Windows 7 provides an important tool to take screenshot. This great feature was not present in other windows versions. You can use Snipping Tool to take a screen shot, as well as snip, of any object against your screen, and then annotate, preserve, or share the impression. Simply use a sensitive mouse or tablet pen to capture any of the following types of snips:

  • Square Snip. Draw a precise brand by dragging the cursor around an object to make a rectangle.
  • Windowpane Snip. Select a windows, such as a web browser window or dialog box, that you want to be able to capture.
  • Full-screen Snip. Capture the entire tv screen when you select this kind of snip.

When you finally capture a snip, it's automatically copied into the mark-up window, where you possibly can annotate, save, or reveal the snip.
